Veterans Upward Bound has proudly served veterans in Billings since 1992. Located on the MSU Billings campus, this site offers 4-week refresher courses in math, writing, science, computer skills, college success strategies, and foreign language. The Billings location provides a supportive environment for veterans to strengthen their academic skills and prepare for postsecondary success.

In addition to our academic refresher courses, Veterans Upward Bound also offers a variety of supportive services designed to help veterans succeed in their educational and career goals, including:
