Veterans Upward Bound has provided services to Havre veterans since 2016.  We provide veteran students at the Montana State University Northern with personalized guidance, academic support, and access to a range of resources. Our mission is to enhance the educational experience of veterans and help ensure they have the tools and support needed for successful degree completion.

Veterans Upward Bound also offers the following services:

• Academic refresher classes
• Career exploration
• College admissions assistance
• College placement practice for math and writing
• Assistance with applying for Federal Student Aid (FAFSA)
• Assistance with applying for VA Education Benefits
• Tutoring
• Workshops
• Referrals to other service providers
